Attach photo's if something was damaged/ not right when it arrived at you. (please note that we check all our products before release, sometimes the products get damaged during delivery).

  • How do I return products?

    You can return or exchange unworn and unwashed products within 10 days after you receive your package.

  • No Cash-backs

    If you don't see something you like OR if we don't have stock available, you are more than welcome to exchange it for store credit on your Mooipote account OR a gift voucher.

  • How long does returns take?

    If we approve your inquiry, you can courier the package/ product back to us their original condition.

    WRONG SIZE - CUSTOMER PAY

    We will then courier your new package to your door between 2-5 business days after we receive your package.

REFUND IN STORE CREDIT / GIFT CARD

We are pleased to inform you that if we don't have stock available for returned order, that your returned product(s) qualifies for store credit OR a gift card, which may be applied toward your next or future purchases.

These store credits and gift cards will reflect the full value of your returned product(s) and may be applied toward any future purchase at your convenience.

Find your store credit in your Mooipote account - log in to access. Your gift card will be sent to the email address that you contacted us on.
